Arizona Homeschool Support Groups

Homeschool support groups in your state are an excellent way to gain more assistance and guidance in your homeschooling endeavors. A regional support group fosters a wonderful sense on community among homeschooling families and allows for more opportunities to exchange ideas, plan group outings, and share in the overall experience of homeschooling! While Calvert supports the development of community between homeschool families, this list does not constitute affiliation between Calvert School and the groups represented below.

Indigo Home Learners

We welcome everyone to our group that is willing to be open-minded and allow others to be who they are without judgment. Within Indigo we welcome people of all religions, races, family makeup, sexual orientation, homeschooling methods and curricula. We do not like to say we are a secular group because for many homeschooling families their faith is a large reason for homeschooling. We as parents accept the opportunity and responsibility to teach our own children about differences and the appreciation of them.

Summit View

Summit View was founded in October 1999. We are a secular parent-run homeschool cooperative that spans the entire Phoenix metropolitan area. We began in the East Valley, but are speading with groups all over the Valley. We have no religous affiilation whatsoever. The principles of character and integrity are emphasized and encouraged. The idea is that parents can pool their resources and talents to expose their children to fun and educational group activities and events. It's all about enjoying learning, networking with other parents, and giving our kids unique experiences that a larger group affords.
