Receiving your Calvert course materials is exciting and marks the beginning of a new school year and your homeschooling journey with your children.

Calvert ships to addresses around the world and recognizes that efficient and cost effective shipping is important to you. Our Client Services Representatives and our warehouse staff work to ensure that every child receives the proper course materials and in good condition. An additional benefit of enrollment in Calvert School is free standard shipping to Continental U.S. addresses.

Calvert’s preferred carriers are United Parcel Service (UPS) and U.S. Postal Service (USPS). UPS requires street addresses for delivery. See details below.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping

Additional charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard delivery when shipped via UPS ground (street address required), while shipments to P.O. Boxes can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping Supplies to Foreign Addresses

All Calvert School packages sent to international addresses are marked as educational materials. However, the supplies that we include in our course packages may cause problems when shipped to other countries, as it is often difficult, expensive, and time-consuming to get supplies through customs.  For that reason, supplies will not be shipped with Grades 1–8, unless requested. For the Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten courses, where the supplies are such a vital part of the course, Calvert always ships supplies. For other courses, a request for supplies must be made at the time of the order by emailing Client Services at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
