Enroll now! Calvert is ready to get you started on the home schooling journey that is right for your family. Each contact with Calvert puts you in touch with a reassuring voice and someone who is glad to assist you every step of the way.

There are many options to enrolling:

1. Call our toll free number, (888) 487-4652, select option 1 and let our Client Services Team walk with you through your enrollment.
2. Order online through our secure school store, designed to guide you through the enrollment process.
3. Download, print, and complete an application form to mail or fax in.

It has always been Calvert’s mission to help students reach their full academic potential, and we would not want financial concerns to cause a child to miss the Calvert experience. In that spirit, we have developed several options to help our families.

NEW! Payment Plan Options

Calvert is pleased to offer new payment plan options to assist you in budgeting for your child’s education! You can now extend your recurring payments over 6 or 9 months (depending on the type of enrollment). Use these plans for grade-level courses, ATS fees, Interactive enrollments, enrichment courses, or any combination of the above.

Your initial payment equals a nonrefundable administrative fee of 5.5% of the course cost, plus 35% of the course cost, with monthly installments thereafter. (The deposit percentage is only applied to course materials, not services such as ATS.)Both payment plan options require the use of a major credit card, which will automatically be charged for the remaining payments each month.

Payment Plan Option 1

If you are purchasing a course without the Advisory Teaching Service, you may extend your payments over six months following an initial payment.

Payment Plan Option 2

If you are enrolling in a course with the Advisory Teaching Service, you may extend your payments over nine months following an initial payment.

Financial Aid

Calvert is pleased to offer Financial Aid, which is determined by demonstrated need based on provided tax returns. Awards may be used for enrollment in a grade-level course, the Advisory Teaching Service, and Calvert Interactive; they may not be used for enrichment courses. Requests for Financial and Emergency Aid are kept strictly confidential. Interested? Complete an Application Form and return it to Calvert with income verification documentation.
