Calvert’s Refund Policy

We hope you will be thrilled with your course, however, if you need to return the course you may do so within 60 days of receipt if the course is unused. With this in mind, please do not write on any materials until you are certain that the materials are appropriate for your child.

If you return the course to us, a refund of the tuition fee, less any applicable nonrefundable fees (Enrollment/Registration Fee and/or payment plan fee*), will be issued if the complete course (books and supplies) is returned unused. To ensure proper credit, please contact a Client Service Representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Cancellations of enrollment in the Advisory Teaching Service will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, less a $20 handling charge. Refunds can take up to 45 days to process.

*Note: A returned course will not automatically cancel a payment plan.  Refunds will be applied to the last scheduled payment due going forward.
